1. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) has allocated a budget
towards the cost of preservative chemicals for the preservation of
wooden poles for power distribution lines with ground contact use.
2. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) now invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the (manufacture and supply) of
the following materials.
1.
Preservation chemicals for Preservation of Wooden pole for
power distribution lines with ground contact use.
2.
Personal Safety Equipment
3. Interested
eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of:

4. The
bid document shall be available from February 11, 2009 onwards
against payment receipt of non-refundable fee of ETH Birr 500.00
from the Foreign Procurement Division from the above stated Address.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the Bid
data sheet in the currency of the bid or in another freely
convertible to the address above at or before 11:30 A.M. hours on
March 07, 2009.
6. The
Bidders should submit complete offer for all the sub-items under the
main item. Incomplete offer will result in rejection of the offer.
7. Bids
will be opened on March 07, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. hours in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend the bid opening to be held at Mexico Square EEPCO
Electric Club, Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia.
The Ethiopian
Electric Power Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all
bids.
