CONSTRUCTION OF GIMBI BUS TERMINAL
REMAINING WORK PROJECT
For all bidders
of Category BC/GC-3 and above
1. The
Oromia Trade, Industry and Transport Bureau (OTITB) has secured a
budget from the regional government of Oromia to be used for the
construction of GIMBI Bus Terminal remaining work project at Gimbi Town.
2. The
OTITB now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who are
interested and capable to allocate sufficient resources for the
construction of Gimbi Bus Terminal remaining work to construction
within 210 calendar days. Bidders shall have registration license
for the year 2001 E.C. Trade license, VAT registration Certificate,
and TIN Registration certificate.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the
Oromia National Regional State and is
open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from OTITB and
inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8 during
office hours.
5. A
complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by
bidders at the address below at 8 upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) beginning from February
18/2009.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 8 on or before March 18,
2009 at 11:00 A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a 1% bid security in the form of bank
guarantee or certified payment order (CPO) established though
authorized Bank in Ethiopia.
Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Opening
of Bids
A.
The technical qualification document will be opened on March
18, 2009 at 11:30 A.M. at the address below at 8.
B.
The financial offer document shall remain sealed and
deposited in to the box prepared for this purpose in the presence of
any authorized party by the client, until all submitted financial
document are opened publicly.
C.
The technically qualified bidders financial offer document
opening date and time will be announced by OTITB.
D.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
8.
