1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Somali Regional State
Bureau of Water, Mines and Energy Resources Development has planned
to procure Pipes, Fittings & Accessories, which shall be utilized
for Jijiga Town Water Supply Project.
2. The
Region now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for supply of
the above Items.
3. Interested

4. Bidders
are required to present currently renewed Trade License for 2001
E.C. from Ministry of Trade and Industry, Payment Receipt of Inland
Revenue, and VAT registration certificate upon purchasing of the
Tender Document.
5. Bidding
Document may be obtained from the office mentioned above upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 Birr.
6.
Bids must be delivered to the office under item 3 above, on
or before 12:00 A.M. (local time) after 21 working days from date of
advertisement on The Ethiopian Herald and must be accompanied by a
security of not less than 2% (Two Percent) of the total bid price in
the form of certified check, CPO or Bank guarantee from a domestic
reputable bank.
7.
Bids will be opened in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend on the last day of
submission at 2:00 P.M. (local time), at the office of contract Administration Department.
