To all
contractors of category GC/BC 5 and above, with license valid for
the year 2001 E.C., renewed, having registration certificate and VAT
registered certificate, clearance given by Oromia Finance & Economic
Development bureau which is showing that the bidder has paid all
required government taxes and bidders should also submit experience
letters,
1. Arsi
Zone Dikis Woreda Education Office want to invite technically
capable bidders to submit wax-sealed bids in order to furnish the
necessary materials labor and equipment for construction and
completion Diksis Woreda preparatory schools with total 12 blocks,
i.e Administration 1 block, class room 3 blocks, Laboratory 1 block,
Assembly Hall 1 block, Library 1 block, Laboratory 3 blocks, Guard
house 1 block, dry latrine 2 blocks and fence.
2. Bidding
document and additional set of document may be purchased on
submission of written application of Diksisis Woreda Education
office for non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 on working days and
hours from announcement of news paper just 4 days on.
3. Bidders
are required to fill all necessary details in bidding documents and
are also instructed to fill, sign and seal each page of bid
document, Failure to follow this instruction may cause automatic
rejection.
4. The
bid document shall be filled and completed in one original and two
copies and returned back in separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled
“Original” and “Copy” copy must be “Machine photo Copy”.
5. Bids
must be accompanied by bid security of at least 1% of bid amount in
acceptable CPO valid for 180 calendar days and must be delivered to
Disksisis Woreda Education Office on Nineteenth (10th)
day after the day of news paper announcement.
6. Bids
will be closed on 19th day after news paper announcement
& will be opened at 8 O’clock at Arsi Zone Administration office
where Authorized representatives who choose to attend can make
themselves available.
7. The
construction works shall be completed within a maximum of 180
calendar days from commencement of works.
8. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Note:
If the bid closing & Opening date is
on holy or non working day the bid process be adjusted to the
immediate next working day.
