contractors of category GC/BC class 6 & above with renewed license,
VAT & Ministry of works Urban Development Registration certificate
and tax clearance paper from the regional finance bureau valid for
the year 2001 E.C.
1. Kelem
Wollega Health Office now invites wax-sealed bid from eligible
bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials equipments for
the construction & completion of Nucleus Health Centers at different
areas located in the zone as listed below.

2. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application to the above
office & up on non-refundable payment of ETH Birr 200 per document,
after this announcement until the 30th from Kelem Wollega
Zone Health Office.
3. Bids
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening & must be
accompanied by a bid security at least 1% of the bid amount per site
in an acceptable CPO, un conditional bank Guarantee in sealed
envelope and shall be submitted on, or before the 30th at
6:00 A.M. Local time to the Zonal Office.
4. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives who choose to attend on the same day at 8:00 P.M. local time in the zonal administration office.
5. The
construction works shall be completed within 180 calendar days from
the commencement of the works.
6. The
office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
