Consulting Architects and Engineering of category IV and above whose
License is valid for the year 2001 E.C.
1. The
ANRS Bureau of Women’s Affair now invites sealed bid for
provision of consultancy services i.e. Design (Topographic
Surveying, Soil investigation, AR, ST, EI, SN, and Site Adaptation,
Preparation of Bill of Quantity, Technical Specification and Tender
Document for contractors). Supervision & Contract administration,
for construction of G+4 office building at Bahir Dar. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from ANRS Bureau
of Wome’s Affairs, P.O.
Box 1238, Tel. 058 226 58 68, Fax. 058 220 42 70 Or 220 50 91 at
Bahir Dar.
2. Tender
document may obtained by an interested eligible bidders on the
submission of written application to the ANRS Bureau Women’s
Affairs and up on non-refundable payment of Birr 100. During the
official working hours upon presentation of certificate of
registration on the service providers and currently renewed trade
license.
3. Wax-sealed
bid documents (one original and one copy) shall be delivered for
both prequalification (Technical) and priced (Financial) document
separately.
4. All
bids must be delivered to the ANRS Bureau of Women’s Affairs:
P.O. Box 1238, Tel. 058-226 58 68, and Fax 058-220 42 70 Or 220 50
91 at Bahir Dar before Tir 20, 2001 E.C. at 6:00 local time.
5. Prequalification
(Technical) and price (Financial) documents shall be in separate
sealed envelopes and must accompanied by a bid security in an
acceptable form of 1% of the total bid amount (including 15% VAT) in
separate envelope and The financial proposal shall be submitted with
15% VAT.
6. Pre
qualification (Technical) documents will be opened in the presence
of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend of Tir 20, 2001
E.C. at 8:00 local time at the office of ANRS Bureau of Women’s
Affairs in room No.205.
7. Bidders
could request advance payment up to 30% of the total bid price by
providing advance payment guarantee. But for those bidders who did
not request advance payment 2% qualifying criteria will be added.
8. Rejection
Criteria:- The employer will reject the bidder whose bid does not
fulfill the following conditions.
1.
Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License, &
renewed Registration Certificate on the Suppliers list.
2. The
original & copy of the bid shall be singed and sealed in all pages
by the Bidder for both Technical and financial documents.
3. Bidders
should submit one original & one copy for both Technical and
financial document separately sealed envelope.
9. Bidders
must present certificate of VAT Registration whose annual turnover
is above Birr 100,000.00.
10. The
Successful bidders shall furnish professional indemnity insurance
The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
