1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise /EAE/ invites eligible and capable
contractors who have relevant renewed license for the current budget
year, VAT registration evidence and registration certificate from
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development for which they are
registered on the suppliers list to submit proposals for the
provision of cleaning and Janitorial Service at the Addis Ababa Bole
International Airport old and new passenger terminal buildings, VIP
Salon and related and external areas located within the premises of
the Airport.
2. A
complete set of the bid document can be purchased by interested
bidders form Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Head Office Finance
Department Cashier’s office near Gerji customs office upon payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr.
3. The
sealed envelopes containing “Technical Documents and “Financial
Documents should be submitted in two separate envelopes; each having
one original and one copy to EAE, Purchasing and Logistics
Administration Service on or before February 5, 2008 up to 10:00
A.M. and opened on the same date at 4:15 A.M.
4. Bidders
should submit a bid bond or Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in
the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their offer.
5. The
bid bond will be sealed in separate envelope and marked bid bond.
6. The
Technical envelope will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives at the EAE head office conference
room. The financial proposal will be opened after the result of the
technical proposal is known.

8. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
