The National
Lottery Administration of ETHIOPIA invites sealed bids from any
interested bidder for the printing and supply of 20 million bar
coded per printed Lotto Lottery tickets.
1. Any
interested bidder can collect a complete set of bid document
prepared in English language from the National Lottery
Administration head office, Arada Kifle Ketema, Kebele 01/02, Room
No.15 during normal working days and office hours against
non-refundable payment of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr) in cash or
certified cheque issued by recognized bank.
2. Bidders
who made payment to acquire the bid document in the fist round bid
invitation are not required again to make payment for the bid
document.
3. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 30,000 or its equivalent
in any freely convertible currency.

bid bond must be in any one of the following forms:

6. Bid
will be opened on the same date & time (i.e. March 17, 2009 at 3:00
P.M) at the head office of National Lottery Administration.
7. National
Lottery Administration reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bid.
