INVITATION FOR CONSULTANCY BID

1.      The Southern Nations, Nationalities & Peoples’ Region Roads Authority herby invites interested eligible engineering consultants having a documentary evidence: A trading license or equivalent, tax clearance certificate & VAT registration, evidence of registered supplier & relevant professional practice certificates renewed for at least 2001 E.C. from authorized bodies to submit sealed proposals for the Detailed engineering Design and tender sealed proposals for the Detailed engineering Design and tender document preparation of:

       Bidders have the option to bid for one or two
      projects. Bid will be evaluated and awarded
      separately.

2.      Inspection & acquisition of the Tendering documents/RFP/ & Further information can be obtained from our office.

3.      A compete set of the Tendering/documents (RFP) may be purchased by interested eligible tenderers at the above office, on submission of a written application & up on payment of a non-refundable fee 200 Eth. Birr during working hours of 30 successive days starting from the 2^nd date after the first notification of this advertisement on The Ethiopian Herald. The final submission date and opening of the proposal will be on the 31^st date of this announcement on The Ethiopian Herald at 11:00 Holiday, it will be held on the next working day at same time. A proposal, which is received late, will be returned unopened to the respective bidder.

4.      Further details shall be as description in the RFP document.

The South Roads Authority reserves the right to reject or accept part or the entire bid.
