Bidders who renewed their original
Trade License and VAT certificate for the current year may obtain
the bidding document from the enterprise’s Purchasing Division at
the head office, Addis Ababa against payment of non-refundable Birr
30.00 for each Lot.
Bids along with renewed license and
bid bond of 2% of the total offered price in the form of bank
guarantee or CPO shall be submitted in the tender box at the
Commercial Department of the enterprise, in sealed envelopes, before
February 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM.
Bid document will be opened on
February 23, 2009, at 10:30 AM, in the presence of bidders or their
representatives.
The Enterprise has the right to
accept or reject the bid partially or fully.
