1. Oromia
Information and Public Relations Bureau (OIPRB) invite all
interested eligible local bidders who may have good experience for
the supply of different non-linear TV production stations. The
equipment and service shall have the ability to build-up a
cost-effective, reliable and performance successful good standard
production.
2. The
Bidders shall compute for supply of full equipment and services.
3. Bidders
can obtain further information from our Bureau located at Churchil
St. in front of Lyce G/Mariam School, 2nd floor before
or/on January 20, 2001 E.C. during office hour.
4. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee of a certified cheque
(CPO).
5. A
complete set of Bidding document can be purchased from the above
office (Bureau) up on presentation of renewed relevant license,
registration for VAT, Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration
card issued from Ministry of Finance together with written
application and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 15 (Fifty
Birr) only.
The bids must be received at the Oromia Information and Public
Relations Bureau Room No.11 in Finfinnee (Addis Ababa) before or on
Feb. 18, 2001 E.C. until 4:00 PM and opened at
4:05 PM local time.
Offer received after the closing time will be automatically rejected
and returned unopened.
6. Bids
received in time and fulfilling all formalities shall be opened in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at
4:00 PM local time on Feb. 18, 2001 E.C at OIPRB, Finfinnee (Addis
Ababa), Room No.11.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
