Contractors of Category GC/BC, Class IV and above with license valid
for the year 2009 and VAT registered.
1. The
ANRS AGENCY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HOUSES invites wax-sealed
bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor,
material, equipment and services for the construction of G+4 Mixed
use Skelton Building at Bahir Dar Kebele 04.
2. All
bids must be submitted based on the free market price and current
basic materials price must be attached with the bid document.
3. Both
the pre qualification and priced bid documents shall be in separate
envelopes & wax-sealed (one original & one copy).
4. The
completion time would be 300 calendar days from the commencement of
works.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased y any interested
eligible bidder on the submission of a written application with
original documents (License, VAT registration…) to the Agency upon
payment of Birr 1000 (One Thousand).
6. A
priced bid documents must be accompanied by a bid security in an
acceptable form (certified check, CPO, unconditional bank guarantee)
of 1% of the bid amount and must be delivered to the Agency.
7. Interested
eligible bidders can obtain further information form and collect the
bidding documents at the office of Agency at the bottom address.
8. The
dead line for submission of bids is on 9 February 2009 at 10:00 A.M. and will be opened at the same date at
10:30 A.M. at the Agency Office Bahir
Dar in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized
representatives.
