Water Aid is a
UK based international NGO which has been working in Ethiopia since
1983.
It established
an office in Addis Ababa in 1991 and three sub-offices in 2004/5 in
Benishangul, Oromia and SNN Regions. Water Aid Ethiopia supports as
number of strong longstanding local NGO partners while also working
closely with local and national government as well as a wide range
of stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector.
Water Aid
Ethiopia seeks consultancy work for standardization of Water supply
& Sanitation (WATSAN) facilities design.
All interested
and qualified bodies are invited to a tender of the a
“Standardization of WATSAN facility design”.
A TOR may be
collected upon presentation of renewed relevant license for 2000
E.C. registration card issued from the Ministry of Infrastructure,
Ministry of Water Resources, VAT registration certificate and Tax
Identification Number (TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION from
Water Aid Ethiopia.
Further
information can be obtained from the bid document which is available
at Water Aid cashier’s office.
Bids must be
delivered to the above office on or before 30th of
January 2009 at 10:00 AM.
Bids will be
opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who
choose to attend at 2:00 P.M. on 30th January 2009 at the
office of Water Aid.
WAE reserves the
right to reject part and/or all bids.
