Mine Enterprise hereby invites all interested and qualified bidders
for the supply of Standard Scraper.
Interested and Certificate of legal
existence of the bidder company should be able to produce an
authenticated (genuine) “certificate of incorporation” from the
respective register of companies which can confirms its present
legal existence as it is dally in corporate or registered or
established under the laws of state or country and in good standing
and has legal existence so far as the records of the office shows as
of today.
The bidders may obtain the Bidding
Documents from the enterprise liaison office during office hours
upon the payment of a non-refundable Birr 60.00.
The bid remains on float for 30 days
and offers should be submitted to the Liaison Office in wax-sealed
within a month.
Bids in wax-sealed envelope marked
“Tender No.” may be personally deposit in the box provided at AGME
Addis Ababa Liaison office by the time and date stated for the
closing of bids. No bid shall be accepted after the due date.
The bidder shall submit Technical
specification and Financial Specification in a separate sealed
envelopes.
Bids will be opened in the presence
of interested bidders or their representatives at AGME Addis Ababa
Liaison office on 4:30 P.M.
Bid Security in amount of Birr
50,000.00 in the form of a bank guarantee or letter of credit issued
by any financial institutions recognized by the National Bank of
Ethiopia or a certified check issued by recognized local bank
submitted along with the bid document.
