Bid documents can be obtained from
the Company’s Commercial Department against payment of
non-refundable Birr 100.00 for each lot and presentation of renewed
trade license.
Bidders have to present bid document
a separate envelope.
The bid remains on float so as of 1 Jan. 2009 and offer should be
submitted to the Department in wax-sealed until 30 Jan 2009 at 10:00
A.M. local time. Bids will be opened on 30 Jan. 2009 in the presence
of bidders or bidders representatives who choose to attend at the
company’s conference Hall at 10:15 A.M. local time.
A bid security 2% of the total value
in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO issued by any financial
institution recognized by the National Bank of Ethiopia or a
certified check issued by recognized local bank submitted along with
the Bid Document.
