Description

Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of “Different size Plain Bar, Deformed Bar, Soft Iron Wire & Round Nail”.

1.      The Tender remain floating from Jan. 06, 2009, until Jan. 26, 2009. Bid documents can be obtained from Sidist Kilo Tele Room No. 507 during office hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 20.00 (Twenty Birr). Bidders should submit their renewed when they come to obtain the bid documents.

2.      Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Birr).

3.     The bid bond must be in either of the following form:

1. Cash
2. Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
3. Bank guarantee from recognized Bank.

4.      Bidders who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash are required to deposit it Sidist Kilo Tele 2^nd floor Room No. 213 before or on Jan. 26, 2009, 4:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening date.

5.      Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the box situated at ETC Head Office 1^st floor Room No. 110 until Jan. 26, 2009 before 5:30 P.M.

6.      Bid will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at ETC Head Office Room No. 111 on Jan. 27, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.

7.      Partial bid is allowed.

8.      The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
