Administration Service Office invites interested and eligible
bidders for the construction of two bridges Shinta and
Keha Rivers. Bidders should be
registered as the contractors and VAT with the Ministry of Finance
and Economic Development. A complete set of bidding document can be
obtained form the city administration service office room No. 28
during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300
(Birr Three Hundred only) starting form the announcement date with
The Ethiopian Herald Newspaper. Bidders at the level of GC-5 and
above are required to submit the copies of their renewed
construction license to the office where they will collect bid
document.
Bidders shall
furnish as part of their bid, a bid bond in the amount of Birr
50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand). The bid bond must be only in a CPO (Cash
Payment Order) from a recognized bank.
Bidders should
submit their offers in a wax-sealed envelope both original and copy
clearly marked in the box to the city administration service office
on or before 2:00 P.M. on the end of 30 calendar days. Bid documents
will be opened in the presence of bidders or the representatives at
3:00 P.M. on the last date of Administration reserves the right to
accept or reject all or part of the bid.
Bidders shall be
valid for a period of 90 days after a bid opened.
