participate in a bid for the Supply of the following goods and

spare part supply

Erection, commissioning and training of personnel for the
above installation

a) Bids
should be submitted along with a bid bond amounting to 2% of the
total value offered in the form of cash, CPO or guarantee form
Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in the name of Kombolcha Textile Share
Company, to be valid 60 (Sixty) days after bid opening.
b) The
bid shall remain valid for a period of 90 (ninety) days after the
date of bid opening.
c) Detailed
information is stated in the bidding document which are obtainable
during working hours from our Addis Abba branch office, Papasinos
Building First Floor, Room No.143 Addis Ababa, upon payment of a
non-refundable amount of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr Only).
d) Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope as per the
Instruction to Bid to above (To Kombolcha Textile S.C. Branch
Office, Addis Ababa) before the closing date of the tender which is
February 2, 2009 at 4:00 P.M.
e) Bids
shall be opened a Branch office,
Addis Ababa, at the address
mentioned in point “1” above (Kombolcha Textile S.C. Branch Office)
in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at 10:00
A.M. in the morning at the day next to the closing date which is
February 3, 2009.
f) Kombolcha
Textile Share company reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
