MAIZE: sound, fair, free from live weevils, merchantable quality and
suitable for human consumption as per the specifications below:

Bid Bond -Bids
should be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the offer, either in
C.P.O. or Certified Cheque.
Bid Submission -Bidders shall
deposit their offers in wax-sealed Envelopes, marked Bid No.
Po6/2008 together with the bid bond in the special box at the gate
of the Lutheran World Federation Office, located at Ames Kilo on/or
before January 11,2009 at 4:30 P.M.
Opening at -Bids shall be
opened on Monday January 12,2009 at 10:30 A.M. in the Lutheran World
Federation Office in the presence of interested bidders or their
official representatives.
The LWF/DWS Ethiopia Programme
reserves the right to reject all or part of the Bid.
