FOR THE CURRENT YEAR.
1. The
Ministry of Education has funds within the Employer's budget
to be used for the procurement of
Haramaya
University Dire Dawa
Campus additional & remaining works of Building, Site work,
Reservoir & Septic tank.
2. The
ministry of education invites sealed bids from eligible bidders of
GB/BC class 2 & above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal
Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from construction
Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from 9:00 A.M to 16:30 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of Tahisa
27/2001 by interested eligible bidders on submission of a WRITTEN
APPLICATION, VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE MINIS RY OF WORKS AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, TRADE LICENSE & TAX
CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE at the address below at 7 (b) and up on
payment non-refundable fee of Birr. 2,625.00.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7 © on or
before 10:00 A.M. All bids
must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 100,000.00 payable on
first demand. Bids will be
opened in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose
attend at the address below at 7(d) 10:15 AM Tir 27/2001.

e) The bidder shall seal the
Original, Bid security and all copies of the bid in five inner
envelopes i.e. (Technical proposal, Financial Offer and Bid
Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes
as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" both for " The Technical proposal" and
Financial Offer". Copy documents should be photocopy of the original
bid document.
f) The employer has the right to
reject any or all bids.
Partial rebate, like fixed sum and rebate on some items is not
acceptable. |
