1. The
BISHOFTU Town Housing Development Project Office Invites eligible
bidders to submit their prices and terms and conditions for the
supply of:
Ceramic Kitchen Toilet & Shower
Materials & accessories
Ceramic, terrazzo thread, tiles & riser
Door Lock
Tubular section L, T, Z, RHS, Fermametro
Plastic paints
EGA Sheet & Flat Sheet
Glasses
Black Iron Window Sill
2. The
complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from BISHOFTU
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OFFICE upon submission of renewed trade
license, VAT and TIN Registration together with written application
up on payment of non-refundable fee of 100 Birr.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtained further information on the bidding
documents at the office of:

4. Wax-sealed
envelopes contain an original and a copy of offer and qualification
documents should be delivered to BISHOFTU TOWN Housing Development
Project Office, Tel. 011-433 76 26, Bishoftu within 20 consecutive
days from the 1st date of this announcement on The
Ethiopian Herald. Late bids shall be rejected.
5. The
Officer envelopes Shall be Submitted to as follows.
5.1
The Original and a Copy of the Offer document shall be
wax-sealed in a separate envelopes and marked “Original Offer
document” and “Copy of the Offer document shall be wax-sealed in a
separate envelopes and marked “Original offer document” and “Copy of
offer document” respectively;
5.2
The bid security will be wax-sealed in a separate envelope
marked “Bid security”
6. The
envelopes in 5.1 and 5.2 shall then be sealed in an outer envelope
marked “Offer document for a Housing Development Project office of
the Bishoftu”
6.1
All documents must be inserted into the bid box within 20
consecutive days. The bid box shall be closed on the 20th
day at 3:00 P.M.
7. Original
envelopes of bidders shall be opened in the presence of bidders or
their representative on the 20th day at 3:30 P.M. at
Bishoftu town Housing development Project office.
8. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 the
right to reject any or all bids.
