Invitation for Consulting Services
African AIDS
Initiative International Inc. (AAII) invites consulting firms to
undertake the following activities.
Lot one:
Project evaluation to ascertain the
gains achieved and or challenges faced during the period between
2004 and 2008 and identify the current needs of the target
population.
Lot two:
Developing a comprehensive Program
Monitoring & Evaluation framework and 5 years Strategic Plan.
Requirements:
a)
Proven truck record in conducting research on health and or
other social concerns, needs assessment, program/project evaluation
as evidenced by the pertinent documents.
b) Direct
experience in conducting surveys (such as KAPBSurvey) for HIV/AIDS
prevention and control; intervention and project evaluation
(terminal and or impact) targeting particularly communities of
higher learning institution, high-risk groups (such as sex-workers,
in and out of school youth, disadvantaged and hard to reach
population groups).
c) Experience
in developing training materials and proven service in providing
HIV/AIDS training for communities of higher learning institutions,
high-risk groups (sex-workers), disadvantaged and hard to reach
groups is an advantage.
d) Experience
in developing Monitoring & Evaluation Framework, 5 years Strategic
Plan and concrete knowledge on the National HIV/AIDS Prevention and
Control M&E Framework are mandatory requirements.

complying with the above requirements can collect Terms of Reference
(ToR) of the work from our office located at Arada Sub-city Keble
11/12 House No. 1884 paying a non-returnable fee of Birr 50.00.
Bidders are
expected to submit separate bid documents for each Lot in wax-sealed
envelope within 10 days following the publication of this
announcement.
AAII reserve all
