Ethiopian Radio
Television Agency (ERTA) invites sealed bid form eligible bidders to
submit their offers for the supply of TV production equipment.
1. Detailed
information is stated in the bidding document which obtained during
working hour from the Purchasing Department, Room No. 1203 upon
payment of a non-refundable amount of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred
Birr).
2. Bidders
should present currently renewed Business license, VAT registration
certificate, TIN supplier’s registration certificate and letter of
authorization.
3. The
offer should be prepared in one original and three copy and it
should be properly marked, addressed, wax-sealed and stamped.
Technical and financial Proposal is separately.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by bid security equivalent Birr 20,000. The bid
security can be in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO, and certified
cheque.
5. Bid
shall be delivered to Ethiopian Radio and Television agency head
offices.
6. Bid
must be submitted to the head offices on or before Feb. 26, 2009 at
10:00 A.M. Bid will be opened at the presences of bidders/representatives on the
same date Feb. 26, 2009 at
10:05 A.M.
