GC/BC CLASS I WITH VALID LICENSE FOR THIS YEAR.
1. The
Bahir Dar University has funds within
the Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of President
Office.
2. The
Bahir Dar University invites sealed
bids from eligible bidders of GC/BC Class I.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open National tendering
procedures contained in the public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Construction at
the address given below at-7 (a) from 3:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. local time.
5. A
compete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of 18/05/2001
E.C. by interested eligible bidders on submission of a written
application, VAT registration certificate, Ministry of Works & Urban
Development, Trade License & Bid participation Supporting letter at
the address below at 7b & upon payment of a non-refundable fee Eth.
Birr Two Thousands (2009).
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 6:00
A.M. 16/06/2001 E.C. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopia Birr
100,000.00 payable at first demand. Bids will be choose to attend at
the address below at 7(d) at
8:00 A.M. local 16/06/2001 E.C.
7. a)

b) Documents may be purchased at:
Bahir Dare University Administration Office (Room No. 001).
c) Bids must be delivered to: Bahir
Dar University 6:00 A.M. local time 16/6/2001 E.C.

e) The Bidders are instructed to
submit all copies of the Bid in five inner envelopes i.e. the
(Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one
outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and
“COPIES” both for the “The Technical Proposal” and “Financial
Offer.”
f) The Bahir Dar University has the
right to reject any or all bids.
