1. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidders documents at the office of Procurement Service of WWCE Head
Quarter located in Guard Shola or near Ararat Hotel, during the
normal working hours.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders or their local representatives upon presentation of copies
of renewed trade license, VAT & tax payers registration
certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50
including VAT.
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, CPO or certified
check.
4. Bids
must be delivered in person to WWC in wax-sealed envelope with a
statement NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE FEB. 3/2009 marked on the
envelope.
Bids will be closed on Feb. 2/2009, at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened at 9:30 A.M. local time on Feb.
3/2009 at Conference Hall of WWCE.
5. The
WWCE reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
