Invitation for Expression of Interest for
Resident Construction Supervision
The Addis Ababa
Housing Development Project Office hereby seeks for expression of
interest for resident construction supervision, quality control and
contract administration of low cost housing construction projects at
different sites of the city with predetermined fixed prices.
The work requires
consulting Architects and Engineers Category III and above with
license valid for the year 2001 E.C. and have registration of
Ministry of Works & Urban Development.
Eligible firms can
obtain a document from AAHDPO Room No. 621, 3rd floor
Ethiopian Mapping Agency building upon payment of non-refundable
Birr 50.00 at office hours.
Bid documents should
be submitted to the above office on or before
March 4, 2009,
9:30 A.M.
Local
time. Bids will be opened on the same date at
10:00 A.M. at AAHDPO Head Office.
The Addis Ababa
Housing Development Project, Office reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
