Procurement Notice
German Agro
Action (GAA), Wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders
for the supply of Veterinary drugs and consumables for food security
enhancing project operation in Afar. Project funded by OCHA
Humanitarian Response Fund (HRF) to be implemented in Afar region.
All bidders
shall provide written application with original and copies of the
following legal documents:
1. License
allowing supply of Veterinary Drugs, consumables and supplies
defining the legal status with renewal for the year under
consideration.
2. Registration
with Ministry of Finance or Trade;
3. Evidence
for settlement of current tax obligation (TIN).
4. Laboratory
test certificates for the items and batches no. that are being bid
for.
Bid documents
can be obtained from GAA Regional Office Addis. The bid documents
will be available as of Friday 2nd January 2009
and the bid closing date shall be on 7 days later Friday 9th
January 2009 at 5:30 P.M.
The bids will be
opened at GAA Office, Addis Ababa & APDA Office, Logia on next
working day Monday 12th
January 2009 at 9:30 A.M.
The tender opening procedure can be attended by bidders or their
legal representatives. GAA reserves the right to fully or partially
