1. The
Somali Regional State Trade, Transport and Industry Bureau invites
eligible bidders for the supply of:
Lap top computers; Desk top
computers; Printers; Photo copier, and Office Furniture
i.e. Office tables, chairs and book shelves.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bid document at;

3. A
complete bid document may be obtained from the bureau room No.12
upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of 100 (Hundred Birr only).
4. Bidders
shall present currently renewed trade license valid for the year
2001 Eth. Cal. when coming to purchase the tender dossier.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security of not less than 1% of the
total price in the form or bank guarantee, CPO.
6. Bidders
shall submit bid document in wax-sealed envelope to Somali Regional
State Trade, Transport and Industry Bureau at Jijiga.
7. Bid
closing date will be on or before
10:00 A.M.
the 20th calendar date
counted from the first date that the bid advertisement appear on The
Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
8. The
bid will be opened on the same date as the closing date publicly at
the Somali Regional State Trade, Transport and Industry Bureau,
Jijiga at 10:00 A.M.
in the presence of bidders or
their legal representatives.
For non working days closing and opening date will automatically be
transferred to the next working date.
9. The
Somali Regional Sate Trade, Transport and Industry Bureau reserves
the right to accept or reject any bid and to annual the bidding
process.
