IFB Title: Procurement of IT Equipments
1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit
from the International Development Association towards the cost of
Public Sector Capacity Building Projects (PSCAP), and it
intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments
under the contract for procurement of IT Equipments.
2. The
Oromia Bureau of Capacity Building invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of delivered of:

3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government
of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders from eligible source counties.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Oromia Bureau
of Capacity Building and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) form in the morning from 9:00 A.M. to
12:00 A.M. and in the afternoon from 2:00
P.M. to 5:30 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7(a) and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 100.00 (One Hundred). The
document will be cash on Site. No. liability will be accepted for
loss or late delivery.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 3rd
March 2009 at 3:00 P.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
40,000.00 (Forty Thousand). The method of payment will be Cash
Payment Order (CPO). Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be
opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to
attend at the address below at 7(b) on
3rd March 2009 at 3:30
P.M.
