Description

1.      The Oromia Water Resources Bureau would like to make immediate local purchase of GS, DCI, UPVC pipes & Fittings & Water Quality Test kit for its Rural & Urban Water Supply projects in local currency form immediate local suppliers.

2.      Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate for the supply of these goods.

3.      Bidders can obtain further information from our Bole Road Office, Fifth Floor, Room No.510, Procurement & Property Administration Service, P.O. Box 8630 Tel. 50 96 22, Fax. No. 51 77 56, Finfinnee.

4.      Complete set of bidding document can be purchased from the above office upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred only) and upon submission of copy of 2001 E.C. renewed relevant license, Registration and Registration Card for VAT & TIN together with written application.

5.      Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee bond and must be submitted to the above office on or before February 27, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.

6.      Bids will be opened at the presence of bidders/representatives on the same date February 27, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. at the office of the Bureau Head.

7.      The Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
