1. The
Amhara Rural Roads Authority invites all eligible bidders to submit
bid offer for the construction supervision of:
Lot-1 Tsitica-Sehala Rural Roads
Project
Lot-2 Sehala-Arbatseguar Rural Roads
Project
Lot-3 Mesheha Bridge
Lot-4 Wetebabay Bridge which are
located in Lot-1 Waghmira, Lot-2 & Lot -3 North Gondar and Lot-4
West Gojjam Administrative Zones of the Regional State.
2. Interested
bidders in category 3 and above with valid license for the current
Ethiopian budget year can obtain a complete set of bidding document
from the Authority’s Contract Administration Division, Bahir Dar, up
on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 for each lot.
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration and also Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
4. For
each lot duplicate copies of Bid offer with separate Technical
Qualification Department and Financial Proposal Document in
wax-sealed envelopes, labeled as Original and Copy
shall be placed in the bid box along with a Bid Security in an
acceptable form amounting not less than 1% of bid offer on or before
January 23, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. at the Amhara National Regional State Rural Roads Authority. Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the premises of ANRSRRA.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
