Awassa Town
Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise hereby invites
qualified and eligible suppliers and manufactures to provide an
offer for the supply of the following, chemicals water quality lab.
Equipment and reagents to be purchased by Ethiopian Birr.

A complete bid
document may be obtained from the Office Room No.5 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred Birr only).
Bidders should
present currently renewed Trade License valid for the year 2001
Ethiopian calendar year, when coming to purchase the tender
Document.
All bids must be
accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the total price
in the form of Bank Guarantee, CPO.
Bidder shall
submit financial and Technical proposals separately in wax-sealed
envelope to the Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise at
Awassa, with in 20 consecutive days of this announcement and it will
be closed at 12:00 A.M. in the next day. (If holiday or weekend day,
it will be the next working day).
The bid will be
opened in the presence of bidder or their legal representatives on
the closing day, at 2:30 P.M. in the Enterprise.
Those who can
supply materials fully & partially from the stock will be considered
as an advantage.
The Awassa Town
Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise reserves the right to
accept or reject all the bid or part of the bid.
