1.
The Tender remain floating form January 20, 2009 until
February 9, 2009. Bid documents can be obtained from East Addis
Ababa Zone Room No. during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should
submit their renewed original license & VAT registration certificate
with copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.

Bidders shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of
Birr, 3000.00 (Three Thousand Birr).
3.
The bid bond must be in either of the following form
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or Bank guarantee
from recognized Bank.
4.
Bidders who wish to submit Bid Security in the form of cash
are required to deposit at New Bright Building 4th
flour before February 9, 2009, 4:00 P.M. and produce the receipt during the bid opening date.
5.
Bidders should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope
and deposit in the box situated at ETC EAAZ office at
New Bright Building near Medhanyalem Church
Room No. 306 until February 9, 2009 before 4:00 P.M.
6.
Bid will be opened in the presence of interested Bidders or
their representatives at ETC EAAZ office at New Bright Building near
Medhanyalem Church Room No. 402 on February 10, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.
7.
The Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of
the bids.
