The Tigray
Region Bureau of Finance & Economic Development wants to study the
tax & Municipal service revenue potential of the region by local
consultant. So, it invites the eligible bidders to participate on
the bid.
1. The
bidders should bring a legal evidence for their participate on
similar studies with eth bid document having a group of Experts with
a back ground of Economics, Accounting & Law.
2. The
bid should be prepared in two separate envelopes technical &
financial proposal.
3. Bidders
should submit renewed trade license for the year 2001 E.C. VAT & TIN
Registration certificate which must be submitted with the envelope
of technical proposal.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable from of
CPO or bank guarantee or in cash amounting 2% of the total bid
amount must be submitted within the envelope of technical proposal.
5. The
bid document can be collected upon payment of non-refundable amount
of Birr 50.00 from Room No.201.
6. Bid
will be closed on the 15th calendar day from the day of
announcement at local time 4:00 P.M. and opened on the next day in
the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives
days in the presence of interested bidders or their legal
representatives at local time of 10:00 A.M. at Tigray bureau of
Finance and Economic Development Room number 2.19 of holiday or
weekend day, it will be the next working day.
7. Bureau
of finance & Economic development reserves the right to reject any
or all bids of deemed necessary.
