1. Haramaya
University now invites proposals to provide the following consulting
services: Design of Nursery School Building and Adaptation Design of
Office Building at Haramaya University main campus.
More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of
Reference.
2. The
Request for proposals (RFP) has been addressed to all consultants
though open tender procedure.
3. A
firm will be selected under Quality-and Cost Based Selection (QCBS)
procedures described in this RFP.
4. The
RFP includes the following documents.

Section 4 –Financial Proposal –Standard

5. Bidding
documents (and additional copies) may be obtained at the Haramaya
University Liaison Office in Addis Ababa, General Education
Curriculum Frame Work Development Department Building, Office
No.355, In front of American Embassy. Tel. 011123 68 12 Or Mobile
0911 20 89 04 Bidding documents may also be obtained from the
Purchasing and Sales Department Office at Harmaya University main
campus.
6. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after Bid opening and shall
be delivered to Harmaya University Addis Ababa Liaison office,
General Education Curriculum Frame Work Development Department
Building Office No. 355, In front of American Embassy Addis Ababa
Ethiopia or at Harmaya University Purchasing Office on or before
11:00 A.M. on February 6, 2009 at which time bid will be opened in
the presence of bidders or bidders representatives who wish to
attend.
