Description

The Tigray Education Bureau invites all interested eligible bidders to print Alternative Basic Education Text books with a budget allocated by the Italian Government.

 Therefore:-

1.      Bidders are required to present trade license valid for 2001 E.C. and VAT registration certificate suppliers; registration certificate and tax clearance paper from revenue office.

2.      Bidders can collect complete bid document from Tigray Education Bureau starting from the date of advertisement by news paper against payment of Non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr) from Room No.42.

3.      Bid must be accompanied with bid bond 1% of 7000 Birr the total bid amount in the form of CPO Bank Guarantee or certified check.

4.      Bids should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located Room 42 in the Tigray Education Bureau Mekelle on or before 2:30 P.M. of the 31^st day from the date of advertisement.

5.      Bids will be opened on the 31^st day from the date of advertisement at 3:00 P.m. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend in 420in (Tigray Education Bureau Mekelle).

6.      Tigray Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all part or all parts of the bids.
