SECOND INVITATION FOR BID
Fayyaa
Integrated Development Association invites wax-sealed bids from
eligible bidders to a national contractors of class GC/BC 5 and
above regularly registered with the Ministry of Works and Urban
Development and who have renewed their license for the current
fiscal year and have VAT registration certificate.
Bidding
documents and additional copies may be purchased form the head
quarter of Fayyaa Integrated Development Association, Addis Ababa,
located at Torhiloch besides Nur Selam College, on the way to Folf
Club, Nifas Silk Lafto Sub-City, 04 Keble, House Number not
available, Tel. 011 371 89 40, for a non-refundable fee Birr 450
(Four Hundred Fifty Only).
Bid shall be
valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by a bid security of at least 1% of the project cost in
a form of CPO, bank guarantee and shall be delivered to Fayyaa
Integrated Development Association head office in wax-sealed
envelope, original and a copy separately, exactly at 2:00 P.M. in
the afternoon of the fifteen calendar days following this notice at
which time the bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or
their representatives who wish to attend. The sand to be used for
the construction must be either from Dedessa or Mojo.
The employer
reserves the right to reject any or all bid.
