A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to tendaho Sugar Factory Project office to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred Birr) per Lot.

All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of a minimum of 2% of the bid value in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee in freely convertible currency though local Bank.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 A.M. local time, on July 28^th 2009. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or his official representatives who choose to attend at the address below 10:30 A.M. local time July 28^th 2009.
