2. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government
is open to all bides from eligible source countries.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents with specification may be
purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written
application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.00 no liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from SNNPR WRDB,
Pro/Fin/Pro/Adm/Sup/Process, Hawassa City Tel. 046-220-40-96.
5. Bids
shall be valid for 90 days after bid opening. Bids should be
accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid
price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.
6. Bid
shall be delivered original and copy separately enclosed in a
wax-sealed envelope to SNNPR Water Resource Development Bureau
equipment & supply service Room Number 04, Tel. 046-220-39-42 P.O.
Box 153 at or before 11:00 A.M on the bid will be opened on the same
date at 2:30 P.M in the presence of the bidders or their
representatives who wish to attend electrons bidding will not be
permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7. The
SNNPR water Resource Development Bureau reserves the right to reject
all or part of the bids.
