Information Communication Technology Development Agency (EICTDA)
invites interested eligible bidders for procurement of consultancy
service.
1. EICTDA
Invites Eligible & qualified bidders allocating sufficient budget
towards the cost of consultancy service of detailed engineering
design and contract administration of EICTDA office building complex
and intends to apply a portion of this budget to eligible payments
under this contract.
2. EICTDA
now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services
detailed engineering design and contract administration of the
EICTDA office building complex. More details on the services are
provided on the RFP (Reference For Proposal).
3. The
bid opened to eligible consultants that are selected by the client
to take part in this bid. All selected bidders must.
- Be
Architects & Engineers consultants of Grate III and above
- Have
trade license & consultancy service certificate valid for 2001
Ethiopian calendar.
- Be VAT
Registered
4. Prospective
bidders shall meet the minimum qualification requirements/criteria
indicated in the bid document.
5. A
complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by
interested bidders as of June 15/2009 to July 20/2009 from 8:30 A.M.
to 5:30 P.M. during office hours up on payment of non returnable fee
of ETB 200 to EICTDA procurement office No. 8,2nd floor.
6. Bidders
should return the document accompanied by a bid bond ETB 10,00 of
the bid price in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee bond and must be
submitted to the above office on or before July 20/2009 at 4:0 A.M.
Local time.
7. The
bid will be opened at the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on July 20/2009 at 4:30 A.M. Local time at EICTDA
Hall 7th floor.
8. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
9. The
Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
