Request for expression of interest to
conduct Cisco and Microsoft office training

1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a credit from
International Development Association to wards the cost of public
sector capacity building program
2. Tigray
Bureau of capacity Building invites eligible consultant to express
their interest to provide Cisco and Microsoft office training.
3. Consultant
will be short listed on the following criteria
3.1
Ability to provide Cisco and Microsoft office training
3.2
Experience and qualification of staffs and the availabilities
of material to conduct the training
3.3
Other additional information
4.
The consultant should have know the following materials to be
bring to our training center for facility of the training, net
working device like routers and switches of its own to conduct
practical Cisco labs, micro soft server 2008 and Microsoft exchange
server 2007 to conduct micro soft labs.
5. In
sending their expression of interest consults must provide the
following activities
5.1
Profile of the firm
5.2
Past experience providing training
5.3
Experiences and CV’s of their staff to be assigned.
5.4
General methodology of the training
6. The
Bureau will establish a short list of consultant /firm/ based on the
quality of expansion of interest submitted each short listed
consultant will invite to take request for proposal (RFP) and will
evaluated successfully for their technical and financial document.
The lost evaluated bidder will be awards and single contractual
agreement.
7. Expression
of interest will be delivered to the address bureau until June 19,
2009 before 10:00 A.M /local time/ for additional information.
