Invitation to Express Interest in
construction
Project Consultancy Services
The Ethiopian Insurance Corporation
(EIC) has allocated and intends to apply part of the proceeds of
these funds towards the cost of consultancy services for building
design, construction supervision and contract administration works.
The Ethiopian Insurance Corporation
(EIC) now invites suitably qualifying bidders to submit sealed
expressions of interest for consultancy service for building design,
construction supervision and contract administration works.
The Employers, the Ethiopian
Insurance Corporation (EIC) intends to construct Branch Offices,
Mixed use building and staff residence in Engineers Category III and
above registered for VAT, having Consulting & Trade licenses, MOFAED
registration certificate, all valid for the year 2001 (Eho. Cal.),
to provide consultancy services for building construction
supervision and contract administration works.
Bidders can obtain the Request for
proposal (RFP) documents from Ethiopian Insurance Corporation,
General Service Department, Head Office Building, Room No. 703,
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Three Hundred
Birr only).
Expressions of interest will be
evaluated in accordance with the public procurement proclamation of
the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
Participation is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may
submit expressions of interest to Ethiopian Insurance Corporation (ECI).
Expressions of interest must be
delivered to the address below at or before July 06, 2009 at 6:00
A.M local time. Technical Document and bid bond will be opened in the
presence of those bidder’s or their legal representatives on the
same days 2:00 P.M at
Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Headquarter Ground Floor. Late
submissions shall be reflected.
