All Contracts of category GC/BC 3 &
above shall be Changed to all Item No. 5 shall be read as
follows:
A complete set of Bidding Documents
may be purchased as of Sene 9, 2009 E.C by interested
eligible bidders on submission of a written application, VAT
registration certificate, Registration certificate from Ministry of
Work & Urban Development, Trade license & Tax clearance certificate
at Construction Design Share Co., Water Works Business Unit at
working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 820.
