1. A
complete bidding documents can be obtained from the factory branch
office (Addis Ababa) Elias papasinos Building 1st Floor
Room No. 143 during working hour against a non-refundable payment of
Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr) from the date of the issuance of this bid
on The Ethiopian Herald.
2. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to 1% of the
total FOB value offered
3. The
bid security must be in one of the following forms:
Cash
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by recognized bank
Bank guarantee
Note:
Insurance bond is not acceptable.
4. Bidders
should submit their separate technical & financial offers along with
bid bond in wax-sealed envelope.
5. Technical
bids should be submitted to our share company as per bid instruction
of the company. But, bidders should submit their complete offer
before or on July 24, 2009 up to 4:00 P.M
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on July 30, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.
7. The
Share company reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all
bids
