Interested bidders may obtain
documents from commercial department of the Factory against payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Hundred) local agents (trade
houses) should present their renewed trading license during they
come to buy bid documents. Bidders shall submit a bid bond of at
least 2% of the total offered value in the form of bank guarantee
(CPO) being issued from (through) local Ethiopian banking
institution.
Bidders should submit bid documents
in a wax-sealed envelope along with the required samples on or
before the closing date July 20, 2009 at 9:00 A.M local time and the
offer shall be opened on the same date 10:00 A.M local time at the
conference hall of the factory at the presence of bidders or their
legal representatives.
The Factory reserves the right to
reject any or all bids.
