ETHIO-LEATHER INDUSTRY P.L.C. (ELICO)
invites interested and eligible bidders for a reorganization and
salary scale study of ELICO-Head Office and the three units under
it.
1. Eligible
bidders could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their
renewed license, VAT registration certificate, C.V’s and documents
related to the area of study against payment of a non-refundable
Birr 100 (One Hundred) from ELICO-Head Office Purchasing Division.
2. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, C.P.O or Bank Guarantee which will be payable on
first demand by Ethio-Leather Industry PLC.
3. The
proposal should be presented in two signed and sealed separate
envelopes clearly marked Financial Proposal and Technical
proposal and submit to the H.O. Executive Secretary Office on
or before July 6, 2009 at 4:00 P.M.
4. The
tender will be opened on July 7, 2009 at 9:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
5. ELICO
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
