Oromia Forest
Enterprise supervising Agency would like to invites eligible bidders
for the supply of 13 units of motor cycles.
Interested
bidders are invited to participate and must fulfill the following
instructions.
1. All
interested and eligible bidders who can certify their financial and
technical capabilities may purchase and examine the bidding
documents by non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty) from Oromia
Forest Enterprises Supervising Agency /OFESA/ starting from the date
of the 1st issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald,
upon submission of renewed relevant trade license.
2. Bidding
documents, original and copies must be enclosed in different
wax-sealed envelopes and shall be submitted before or on June 30,
2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time at OFESA.
3. Bidders
shall prepare bid proposal in two copies for each financial and
technical proposal separately (one original and one copy).
4. A
bid bond amounting 6000.00 (Six Thousand) ETB must be accompanied
with the offer in the form of certified cheque from bank by local
currency (C.P.O).
5. The
bid shall opened at OFESA Alsam-chelelek Building 8th
Floor Room No.806 at 10:30 A.M. local time, June 30, 2009 in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives. Offers submitted
after tender closing date and time will not be considered.
6. OFESA
reserves the right to accept or reject any portion or all the bids.
