OROMIA REGIONAL STATE WATER RESOURCES
BUREAU CONSTRUCTION OF ALL TOWN WATER
SUPPLY PROJECT
Credit No. 3901 ET, Grant No. H085 ET
1. The
Oromia Water Resources Bureau has secured budget from Government &
IDA Grant & credit and on behalf of Alli Town Water Board invites
all eligible bidders for the construction of Water Supply Project in
Bale Zone Alli Town.
The project in short comprises Supply & installation of GI pipes,
Construction of reservoir, Pump installation & Public fountains plus
other appurtenant works.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by eligible
bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 Birr only
from: Oromia Regional Water Resources Bureau, 4th floor , Room
number 403, and Telephone number 0115-52-85-01
3. Bidders
must obtain license for category GC/WC 6 & above licensed for Water
Works with valid license for the current year.
4. Bidders
must submit the TENDER QUESTIONNAIRE and the BID OFFER in separate
envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY
accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee
in the amount not less than 1% of the bid amount and must be
delivered to: Oromia Regional Water Resources Bureau, WaSH Program
Support Office, 4th floor Room number 403 on or before 2:30 P.M.

5. Tender
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at 3:00 P.M on July 21, 2009 at Oromia
Regional Water Resources Bureau Conference Room, 3rd floor.
6. Aggregate
merit points obtained in Tender Questionnaire and Bid Offer will
determine the acceptable bidder for subsequent action.
7. The
Oromia Regional Water Resources Bureau reserves the right to reject
any and /or all bids.
