The Construction
Design Share Company has funds to be used for the procurement of
3 Heavy Duty Printers
1. The
Construction Design Share Company invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply and delivery of the above mentioned goods.
2. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Tendering
Procedures and is open to all eligible bidders.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the
Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given below at (a) from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
4. A
Complete Set of bidding documents may be purchased at the address
given below at 6(a) as of June 22, 2009 by interested eligible
bidders upon submission of renewed trading license for the year
2001, tax payer registration certificate, tax clearance & VAT
registration certificate and a payment of a non-refundable fee of
Eth. Birr 50.
5. Bid
must be delivered to the address below at 6(c) at or before 10:00
A.M. on the July 3, 2009.

The Bidders are instructed to
submit all bid documents in five inner envelopes i.e. (Technical
proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and one outer envelope,
duly marking the inner envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” both for
the “The Technical Proposal” and “Financial Offer”.
7. The
Construction Design Share Company has the right to reject any or
all bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
& seal all forms of ITB and return with the bid document.
Bidder’s should sign and seal the bid
document.
