Potential
bidders who can present renewed license for the year 2009, VAT
registration and Inland Revenue registration certificate may obtain
bid documents during working hours form the address shown below
against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.
All bids must be
accompanied with bid bond amounting to two percent (2%) of the offer
in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.
Bids should be
submitted to REST Liaison Office, Addis Ababa, Bole Road, near
Meskerem Supermarket Building, in wax-sealed envelope before or on
the closing date. The closing date will be on 04 August 2009 at 5:00
P.M. local time.
Bids will be
opened on 06 August 2009 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who prefer to
attend at REST office, Addis
Ababa or Mekelle, Tigray. REST reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the bids.
